Rodney comes to North Basin Coating, Inc. with a background in sales and management involving service and supply companies in the oil industry since 1983 with more than 12 years in the coating industry. In his spare time, whatever that is, he enjoys playing golf, skiing and following his daughters to all their activities.

Andrew Bushong – Regional Manager / NACE Coating Inspector

Andy comes to North Basin Coating with a background of 10 years in city sales, where he acquired an education in client relations. Andy moved from sales at North Basin Coating to plant manager, then to his current position as regional manager. Away from work, Andy enjoys camping, hunting, and fishing, as well as spending time with his beautiful wife and the three young men he has had the pleasure of parenting.

Lupe Sanchez – Corporate Estimator/Purchasing, Levelland

Lupe comes to North Basin Coating, Inc. with a background of 20 years of management in the rubber products industry and currently has been in the coating industry 6 years. Away from work, Lupe enjoys spending time with family, cooking out as well as riding motorcycles and going to bike-related activities. He is very passionate about the things he does.

Chris Matlock – Plant Manager, Odessa

Chris comes to North Basin Coating, Inc. with a background in sales, management and the US Navy where he served as a Master at Arms. Following the Navy, he worked in sales and management learning about business operations. He moved from sales at North Basin to quality control then to his current position as Plant Manager, Odessa TX. Away from work, he enjoys working outdoors as well as camping, hunting, fishing and four-wheeling and will almost always have his wife and two kids at his side.

Queston Perry – Plant Manager, Levelland

Queston comes to North Basin Coating, Inc. with 4 years experience in oilfield and customer service. Queston is married to his best friend and has 3 beautiful girls. When he gets spare time he enjoys hunting and shooting sports and spending time with my family. Queston enjoys his job because he is a people person. He love being out and meeting new people and being a part of out customer service. Social interaction has always come easy to him and is able to put it to good use to better our company. Queston is also the safety coordinator it has given him the opportunity to learn many new things.

Landa comes to North Basin Coating with a background in bookkeeping/accounting in the oil industry since 1988. She has been with North Basin since 2001. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, making jewelry, crocheting & other crafts.
