An AAMP (NACE) Level II Certified Coatings Inspector, Queston has over 17 years in the Oil and Gas Industry. He joined North Basin in 2007 and initially started as a driver. Since then, he has held many other positions within NBC that have allowed him to be involved in just about every aspect of operations. His accumulated knowledge from working as a driver, salesman, plant manager and involvement with our IT systems and software makes him very well-qualified to be our Corporate Estimator. When you need information about our manufacturing processes, quotes or quality control, Queston is there to give you the answers.

Born and raised in Midland Texas, Rusty has been involved in the oil field maintenance and construction side of the industry for his entire 40+ year career (and counting!). He owned his own contracting business for 25 years where he wore just about every hat available to wear at one point or another. On top of that experience, Rusty has spent the last 15 years of his career as a senior superintendent in oil and gas pipeline construction. Considered a friend by many in the industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge, understanding of customer concerns and a focus on the value of good communications to the North Basin team.

Involved in the Oil and Gas Industry for the last 10 years (and with North Basin for over 7 of those years), Alex has experience as a driver, assistant shop foreman and in field sales. Utilizing what he has learned from these activities along with his great relationships building skills (he desires to not only make sales, but to make friends with those to whom he sells), Alex is an integral part of our Business Development team.

An AAMP (NACE) Levell II Certified Coatings Inspector, Luis has been working in the Oil and Gas Industry for many years. He joined the North Basin team in 2011 and initially started as a driver. Since then, he has held many other positions within NBC that have allowed him to be involved in just about every aspect of operations. His accumulated knowledge from working as a driver, salesman, and plant manager has prepared him for his current role as North Basin's Operations Manager.

Certified as an AAMP (NACE) Basic Coatings Inspector, Humberto ("Beto") has long been involved in the Oil and Gas Industry and has been working at North Basin since 2009. More to come.....

Having been with North Basin since early 2018, Yesenia's focus is the accounting department (and related areas). She is bilingual and has just recently finished her Associates degree in Accounting. When not at work, Yesenia enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children.

Joining North Basin in early 2018 in the company's Odessa office, Andrea is originally from New Mexico and holds an Associates of Arts degree. She is bilingual and has experience in multiple industries including the medical, education and laboratory science fields. She serves as the Company's accounting arm in Odessa as well as assisting the Plant Manager in administrative matters. Andrea loves watching her kids participate in the numerous sporting activities in which they are involved.

Victoria joined the North Basin team in Levelland in 2021. She is bilingual and has her Associates Degree in Office Technology. Although her primary job function is in accounting at North Basin, she is also involved in HR and several other administrative areas within the company. In addition to spending time with her husband and 3 boys, Victoria enjoys spending her time outside of work crafting, baking and cake decorating.
